A bit more about me

Hello there, my name is Jules and I am a teacher, mentor, journaler and sober woman from Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK.

I recently gave up drinking alcohol after a 40 year love/hate relationship with it after realising that I had been journaling about my alcohol consumption, subconsciously, for months. I decided to stop drinking for 30 days to see how I felt and to see whether I could do it.  At the end of the 30 days, the transformation I experienced in my mind, body and spirit were life changing and I know now that I will never drink alcohol again. Being sober just feels too good.

I have learned so much about myself since I became alcohol free. I have conquered those life-long demons that have clung to my soul since childhood and I can see a future for myself that has the quality of a perfect dream. This transformation is possible for you too.

Sobersistas was set up to support other women like myself who aren’t alcoholics but do need some support in their quest to give up alcohol.  In our Sobersistas Closed Group you will find a community of strong, compassionate and loving women who are waiting to welcome you without judgement.

We are all looking forward to meeting you.

With Love, Peace and Joy – Jules, your Sobersista

Sobersistas is my home from home, a place where the love and support is authentic and a daily blessing. I am privileged to be part of such a caring community of women who just know what it is all about, can listen and affirm without judgement.
